Our First-Ever Swimming Pool!
This year, we dove into uncharted waters (quite literally) by completing our very first swimming pool project! It’s been an exciting challenge bringing this vision to life, and we couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out. Keep your eyes peeled on our social media and website. Photos are coming soon, and trust us, you won’t want to miss them. Let’s just say it’s making us all wish summer would hurry up and arrive!
HQ Got a Glow-Up
We practise what we preach! Our office underwent a complete refurbishment this year, and it’s never felt more inspiring to come to work. From fresh paint to modern fixtures, we’ve created a space that reflects the quality and care we bring to every client project. After all, if we’re transforming homes across Kent, our own headquarters deserves the same treatment.
Growing the Early Birds Family
This year saw some fantastic new faces join our team:
New Apprentices: We welcomed eager learners ready to develop their skills alongside our experienced craftspeople. There’s nothing quite like watching the next generation of builders discover their passion for the trade.
New Project Manager: Our expanding workload called for additional leadership, and we found the perfect person to help oversee our growing portfolio of projects. Welcome to the team!
New Office Admin: Behind every successful build is brilliant organisation, and our new office admin has been keeping everything running like clockwork.
83 Enquiries (and Counting!)
This year, 83 of you reached out to us with your building dreams, from barn conversions to extensions, renovations to restorations. Each enquiry represents someone ready to transform their space, and we’re honoured that so many people trust Early Birds to bring their visions to life. To everyone who got in touch: thank you for thinking of us.

We’re absolutely thrilled to have won an Employer Award this year! At Early Birds, we’ve always believed that taking care of our team means they can take better care of our clients. 98 Skips Ordered (Who’s Counting? We Are!)
Here’s a fun one: we ordered 98 skips this year! That’s nearly two per week. Whether it’s clearing out old materials, disposing of renovation debris, or hauling away the remnants of outdated kitchens and bathrooms, those skips have been working overtime. Each one represents progress, transformation, and another step towards someone’s dream home.
Countless Tail Wags and Belly Tickles
As mentioned in our Project Guide, Stuart our Project Manager is famous for thinking of everyone in the family, including your furry friends! This year, we’ve enjoyed countless tail wags and stopped for more belly tickles than we can count. We’ve even relocated a cat flap or two to make sure your pets can still enjoy the great outdoors during builds. After all, a happy home means happy pets, and we take that responsibility seriously!
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we reflect on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude for our clients, our team, and every project that challenged us to be better. From historic restorations featured on national television to first-time pool installations, this year has shown us that no two projects are the same, and that’s exactly what we love about what we do.
