The Brief

Our clients were interested in an addition to their existing family home – in the form of a stand-alone annexe. They wanted to be able to welcome family and friends to stay on their property whilst considering in their future, as their children became young adults, they may want a property independent of the main house. An annexe was a perfect concept for them as they already had land on their property to build on.

Solution

The Solution

We created a bespoke annexe for our client, built against the backdrop of their existing family home. The Early Birds team took the blank canvas of the land and created an annexe to enhance the experience of their existing property with stunning additions such as a cinema room, gym and sauna, kitchen diner and bedroom. The surrounding area was landscaped to ensure the setting of the new property was idyllic.

The Result

The annexe is a little piece of paradise! This stunning addition was built to provide more space for the family. Our aim was to create a peaceful haven, with a contemporary feel and with lots of natural daylight. It is a place where visitors could come to stay without encroaching on the main house. We were thrilled to be asked to undertake this project as it followed the work we had completed on the main property. Our clients trusted us with their vision to enhance their property and we were thrilled to be able to deliver such a fantastic addition with the highest of standards.

New kitchen extension

My family has used Early Birds for a large project which was started in 2019 and we were very pleased with the way that turned out so I had no hesitation in asking them to rebuild a retaining wall which was part of a pit for our swimming pool cover. The old wall had be be totally replaced. Not only was it done quickly but also with great attention to detail by thoroughly nice guys! They had to do a little extra over and above the original quote which wasn't invoiced and this was much appreciated. I will not hesitate to use them again and can completely recommend their services.
