Bespoke House Builders
Bespoke is our speciality
At Early Birds, we specialise in creating bespoke homes and properties built around the people who will live in them. From one-of-a-kind new builds to individually designed homes on unique plots, we work closely with our clients to turn an initial vision into a beautifully finished property.
Bespoke building gives you the opportunity to think differently. Rather than adapting your lifestyle to an existing property, the layout, materials, finishes and features can all be considered around how you want to live. Our experienced team works alongside architects, designers, engineers and specialist contractors to bring those ideas together while ensuring the build remains practical, achievable and carefully managed.
From the initial groundworks and structure through to bespoke interiors, landscaping and the final finishing details, we can coordinate every stage of the build. Throughout the process, our focus remains on craftsmanship, communication and attention to detail, creating a home that feels individual to you rather than simply built from a standard plan.
Eco Friendly Approach
Where appropriate, we take a more environmentally conscious approach to construction, helping clients explore ways to make their homes more efficient, sustainable and sympathetic to their surroundings. This can include modern technologies such as air source heat pumps and improved insulation, alongside more natural features such as planted or living roofs that can help a building blend into its landscape.
For us, it’s about finding solutions that make sense for the individual property. By considering energy efficiency, materials and the environmental impact of a build from an early stage, we can create homes that combine great design and craftsmanship with a more thoughtful approach to how they perform for years to come.
Budget Concious
A bespoke build doesn’t mean losing control of the budget. At Early Birds, we understand that every project has financial parameters, and we work with our clients to make informed decisions about where to invest and where sensible savings can be made without compromising the overall quality of the build.
Through detailed planning, transparent pricing and ongoing communication, we aim to identify potential costs early and help clients understand the impact of different design, material and specification choices. Where appropriate, we can suggest alternative solutions that achieve the desired look or performance while making better use of the available budget.
Our approach is about getting the best possible result from your investment, while keeping expectations, costs and the scope of the project clear throughout.
Bespoke Landscaping
A bespoke property shouldn’t end at the front door. We can help design and create the landscape around your home so that the building and its surroundings feel like one complete project.
From patios, terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces to pathways, planting, retaining walls and bespoke garden structures, we work with experienced landscape designers and specialist contractors to bring outdoor spaces to life. We can also consider landscaping from the early stages of a new build, ensuring levels, access, drainage and the relationship between the house and garden are properly planned.
Whether the aim is to create a traditional country garden, a contemporary outdoor living space or simply make the most of the surrounding landscape, we approach the outside of the property with the same attention to detail as the home itself.

5 Star Unparalleled Service
"It's been amazing working with Stu, Amy and Lee. Every person I've worked with has been an expert in what they do. I have high praise for every individual and the way you manage the company. Once we have saved up for our actual house renovation I'll be in touch again with Early Birds"
"We have been impressed with the builders, they have kept us informed about the work and helped us with decisions, i.e. layout of the bathrooms. They have come up with some great ideas along the way and have tried to give us exactly what we wanted. They have tried where possible to shield us from dust and to make it as safe as a building site can be for my children."
"Early Birds were reliable and responsible builders. They did the work on time and in budget after providing a comprehensive quote. We were kept updated throughout, of problems and progress. Solutions were offered and agreed on before work was carried out. They were hardworking and friendly, onsite 5 or 6 days a week for the main part of the build. They kept the site tidy and kept swearing to a minimum (and Stuart was really great with our young children.) We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Early Birds for any projects, large or small."
