At Early Birds, we build bespoke new homes designed around the people who will live in them. From the first stages of preparing the site through to the final finishing touches, our experienced team works closely with clients, architects and specialist contractors to turn carefully considered plans into beautifully finished homes.
Building from the ground up gives you the opportunity to create something truly individual. Every element can be considered from the outset, from the layout, structure and materials to energy efficiency, natural light and how the property connects with its surroundings. Our role is to bring those ideas together practically, combining quality craftsmanship with the experience needed to manage a complex build.
We can coordinate every stage of the construction process, including groundworks, foundations, structural work, utilities, specialist trades, Building Control inspections, interiors and landscaping. With one team overseeing the wider project, we aim to keep communication clear, maintain high standards and ensure each stage works seamlessly with the next.
For us, a new build is about much more than constructing a house. It’s about creating a home that has been considered from the ground up and built to stand the test of time.
Making your dream a reality
Every new home starts with an idea. Whether you already have detailed plans or simply know what you would like your future home to feel like, we can help turn that vision into something real, while being practical about what can be achieved within the site, budget, planning and technical requirements.
Architects play an important role in this process, helping to establish what is possible and developing the designs and drawings required to move the project forward. We’re happy to work alongside an architect you have already chosen, or we can introduce you to architects and other trusted professionals we have worked with on previous projects.
Once the design begins to take shape, we bring our construction experience into the conversation, helping to ensure the ideas on paper can translate successfully into the finished build.
Budget Advice
Understanding the true cost of a new build is just as important as getting the design right. At Early Birds, we work with you to develop realistic costings from an early stage, helping you understand where your budget is being spent and how different decisions can affect the overall cost of the project.
As plans develop, we can work alongside your architect and other specialists to review specifications, materials and construction methods, identifying where it makes sense to invest and where alternative solutions could help keep costs under control without unnecessarily compromising the finished home.
Our aim is to give you clarity before and throughout the build, with transparent pricing and open conversations around cost, so that the home being designed remains achievable within the budget available.
Make the entire plot feel new
The outside of a new build should be considered just as carefully as the property itself. At Early Birds, we can incorporate landscaping into the wider construction project, helping ensure the house, garden and surrounding spaces work together from the outset.
By considering landscaping early, we can properly plan levels, drainage, access, driveways, patios, pathways and garden structures alongside the main build, rather than treating them as an afterthought. Where required, we can also work with landscape architects and specialist contractors to develop more detailed or ambitious designs.
From creating spaces for entertaining and family life to planting, lawns and features that help a new property settle naturally into its surroundings, our aim is to deliver more than just a finished house.

Enjoy 12-months free aftercare for complete peace of mind upon satisfactory completion of your project. Our free 12-month warranty aftercare contract covers you for all workmanship carried out by our team coving all issues that may arise – at no further cost to you.
